You can enjoy rice cooked in a traditional ceramic kamado (rice cooked in this fashion also has a crispy layer called okoge), homemade tsukemono (authentic Japanese pickled vegetables), miso soup with various ingredients that change daily, nimono (simmered vegetables), and our feature dish, Oden.
Oden is a true Japanese comfort food, which is prepared with an assortment of vegetables and fish cakes simmered in a flavorful broth that compliments each ingredient.

Some of the common ingredients for Oden include turnips, pumpkin, white-radish, tofu, eggs, aburage, mochi, and Japanese fish cake.

For those who have tasted Oden in Japan, our Oden will sure to bring back the memories of good-old mom’s homemade cooking, a true comfort food for your soul.
